Free Website Audit

Enter your website and get a score out of 100, with the issues most likely to be costing you calls from Google, in plain English.

Checks your homepage only. Takes up to a minute because we run Google's own speed test.

How this free website audit works

We load your homepage the way a search engine would, check the settings that decide whether Google can find and understand it, and look for the things that turn visitors into calls. We also run Google's own PageSpeed Insights mobile test, the same one you can run yourself, and include its speed and accessibility scores.

Each check is marked as good, worth improving, or something to fix. Your score is weighted, so the issues that matter most to a local business, like Google being blocked or no tap-to-call number, count more than minor ones.

What the score means

ScoreWhat it usually means
85 to 100The basics are covered. Fine-tune the few items left.
65 to 84Solid foundations, with fixes that could bring in more calls.
40 to 64Several issues are likely holding you back in Google and with visitors.
Below 40Important basics are missing. Start with the top fixes.

A high score doesn't guarantee rankings, and a lower one doesn't mean your site is bad. It's a checklist of fixable issues, not a verdict. Google also looks at your content, reviews and how well known your business is.

Frequently asked questions

Is the audit really free?

Yes. There's no sign-up to see your score and top fixes. If you want the full step-by-step report, we email it to you for free.

Why does it take up to a minute?

Most of that time is Google's PageSpeed test, which loads your page on a simulated mobile phone. Our own checks take a few seconds.

Does it check my whole website?

It checks your homepage in detail and tests a sample of links from it. Your homepage is usually the most visited page and the one Google sees first, so it's the best place to start.

It says it couldn't reach my site. Why?

Some security settings block automated checkers. If your site loads fine for you, that's usually the reason. You can still run Google's PageSpeed test directly at pagespeed.web.dev.

What should I do after the audit?

Work through the fixes from the top. For speed problems, see how to make your website faster. If your site isn't in Google at all, read why your website isn't showing up on Google.
